The abstract should briefly present the topic, study scope, significant data, and highlight major findings and conclusions. The abstract should summarize the manuscript content in 500 words or less. Standard nomenclature should be used and abbreviations should be avoided. The abstract should accommodate a description of the study background, methods, results and conclusion. Following the abstract, a list of keywords (3-10) and abbreviations should be included.

Introduction:

The introduction should set the tone of the paper by providing a clear statement of the study, the relevant literature on the study subject, problem to be addressed and the proposed approach or solution. The introduction should be general enough to attract a reader’s attention from a broad range of scientific disciplines.

Methods, results and discussion:

The methods section should provide complete details of the experiment that are required to support the conclusion of the study. The results should be written in the past tense when describing findings in the authors’ experiments. Previously published findings should be written in the present tense. Results and discussions may be combined or placed in a separate section. Speculation and detailed interpretation of data should not be included in the results but should be put into the discussion section.

Acknowledgement:

This section includes acknowledgment of people, grant details, funds, etc. They are pleased to maintain clear titles namely headings, subheadings and so on.

References

Make sure the parts of the manuscript are in the correct order for the relevant journal before ordering the citations.

Types of references:

Only published or accepted manuscripts should be included in the reference list. Meetings abstracts, conference talks, or papers that have been submitted but not yet accepted should not be cited. All personal communications should be supported by a letter from the relevant authors.

Type of referencing:

OMICS Publishing uses the alphanumerical reference system arranged strictly alphabetically and numbered consecutively. Multiple citations within a single set of brackets should be separated by commas. When there are three or more sequential citations, they should be given as a range. Example: "... now enable biologists to simultaneously monitor the expression of thousands of genes in a single experiment [1,5-7,28]". All references will be linked electronically as much as possible to the papers they cite.

Presentation: The three parts of a reference include name of the author(s), text, Journal reference and they have to be placed one under the other.

First line: All name(s) of the author(s). It is strictly forbidden to use “et al” whereas absolutely all names have to be cited, as numerous they may be. No comma behind the main name but with a point behind each first name and with “&” before the last name and clearly separated by one interval from the previous name

Second line: This is the line presenting the text of reference, without any abbreviation

Third line: This is an abbreviated Journal name with the volume in underlined characters and with a comma behind the Journal and a comma behind the year and with one interval after the journal name and after the year.

If any article is under publication, it should be written as “in press or accepted :( month, date, year). Using DOI references are forbidden. The author has to refer to the original reference what naturally costs some consumption of time.

Tables:

The tables should be presented clear and easy to read. Not more than three tables should be included. We strongly encourage authors to submit tables as .doc format. Uses tab stops of 0.5 cm and decimal tab stops to line up columns. Do not use spaces, or any table formatting. Tables are to be typed double-spaced throughout, including headings and footnotes. Each table should be on a separate page, numbered consecutively in Arabic numerals. Table captions should be placed at the end of the manuscript. Table numbers have to be referred to at an appropriate point in the main text of the paper.

Tables should be self-explanatory without reference to the text. Preferably, the details of the methods used in the experiments should be described in the legend instead of in the text. The same data should not be presented in both table and graph form or repeated in the text. Excel files should not be embedded as objects.

Tables and Equations as Graphics

Equations:

Equations should be presented in character 8.5, the rest of the paper in character 10.5. One column size is 8.5 cm. Long equations should be presented on 2 or more lines, never exceeding the one column size. Behind ( or [ signs: please add one extra space. If an 1/ Equation cannot be encoded in MathML, submit them in TIFF or EPS format as discrete files (i.e., a file containing only the data for one equation).

Graphics:

Only when tables cannot be encoded as XML/SGML can they be submitted as graphics. If this method is used, it is critical that the font size in all equations and tables is consistent and legible throughout all submissions.

Figures

The preferred file formats for photographic images are .doc, TIFF and JPEG. If you have created images with separate components on different layers, please send us the Photoshop files. All images must be at or above intended display size, with the following image resolutions: Line Art 800 dpi, Combination (Line Art + Halftone) 600 dpi, Halftone 300 dpi. See the Image quality specifications chart for details. Image files also must be cropped as close to the actual image as possible.

Use Arabic numerals to designate figures and upper case letters for their parts (Figure 1). Begin each legend with a title and include sufficient description so that the figure is understandable without reading the text of the manuscript. Information given in legends should not be repeated in the text.

Figure legends:

Figure legends should be typed sequentially in numerical order on a separate sheet. The number of figures should be in accordance with the paper length and be placed at the end of the manuscript. Indicate the preferred placement of each figure in the word processor. Figures summary, diagram/figure may be included as part of the complementary information (optional).

File formats:

Authors should submit original hardcopy artwork of high quality and of correct size, as it will appear on the printed journal. That is:

Full page size: maximum 17, 5 cm (width) x 23 cm

1 column size: maximum 8, 5 cm (width) x 23 cm

The preferred file formats for photographic images are: .doc, TIFF, JPG and EPD and EPS high resolution e-files. Don’t use WORD files. If you have created images with separate components on different layers, please use the Photoshop files. Graphics files must not be imported into the word processor files. All legends should be included in the word processor files. All legends should be at the end included at the end of the word processor file, after the references.

Figure File description:

As many colour figures as wished may be published without any cost. Arabic numerals are used to designate figures and upper case letters for their parts. On the back of each figure lightly indicate with a pencil the author’s name, short manuscript title, figure number and orientation (arrow indicate up)

Peer-reviewers cannot be chosen from the own Laboratory, Institute, Faculty or University. They must be selected from other FOREIGN faculties and preferentially from Faculties and Universities of great reputation whose scientists have world reputation.

Supplementary Information

All Supplementary Information (figures, tables and Summary diagram/, etc.) is supplied as a single PDF file, where possible. File size within the permitted limits for Supplementary Information. Images should be a maximum size of 640 x 480 pixels (9 x 6.8 inches at 72 pixels per inch).

Peer-review process:

Peer-reviewers provide their comments and questions on the submitted manuscript. The author has to answer the questions and correct the papers accordingly. Peer reviewing should not take too much time at the most not more than one to two weeks. If it lasts longer, the author has the right to send reminder. Authors can give a reason for this urgency: thesis, obtainment of funds, etc. If the reviewer fails to answer, another peer-reviewer is invited. Papers will be published approximately 7 days after acceptance.

Proofs and Reprints:

Electronic proofs will be sent as an e-mail attachment to the corresponding author as a PDF file. Page proofs are considered to be the final version of the manuscript. With the exception of typographical or minor clerical errors, no changes will be made in the manuscript at the proof stage. Authors will have free electronic access to the full text (HTML and PDF) of the articles. Authors can freely download the PDF file from which they can print and distribute unlimited copies of their articles.
