Over the years, significant advancements have been made in the management of PAH, with a variety of pharmacological treatments available. Consecutive treatment approaches aim to optimize patient outcomes by utilizing multiple therapies in sequence. This review examines the current state of consecutive treatment for PAH, focusing on the practical limitations and the importance of setting clear treatment objectives.
