By analyzing a diverse range of clinical and socio-economic factors contributing to this underuse, we seek to propose strategies for improving testing rates and promoting personalized cancer care. Addressing the underuse of BRCA testing has the potential to enhance early detection, risk assessment, and tailored treatment, ultimately leading to improved survival rates and better quality of life for individuals at risk.
